Blueberries – Use frozen blueberries or any berries in your freezer. You can also use fresh, but I rather use frozen one, because it brings thick consistence.
Soft tofu – Silk tofu is perfect to use in any dessertโs recipe, itโs easy and cheep to buy plus provide us with great source of protein and minerals.
Rice syrup – Mostly I am using rice syrup for my recipes, but be free to use any sweetener you like.
