We love this recipe because itโ€˜s so easy and delicious. Itโ€˜s like eating a sweet, soft blueberry pudding, just much healthier.

What you need for 3-Ingredient Blueberry Dessert

Blueberries –  Use frozen blueberries or any berries in your freezer. You can also use fresh, but I rather use frozen one, because it brings thick consistence.

Soft tofu – Silk tofu is perfect to use in any dessertโ€˜s recipe, itโ€˜s easy and cheep to buy plus provide us with great source of protein and minerals.

Rice syrup – Mostly I am using rice syrup for my recipes, but be free to use any sweetener you like.

Blueberry 

Blueberry has great health benefits for our body, for instance they can prevent cancer, support our mental health, help our digestion, protect us against heart diseases and also reduces high blood pressure. They support healthy skin, bones, hair, and they are low in calories.
