The perfect topping for cocktails is dried citrus, what can sometime by expansive to buy. Thatโs why I would like to share my recipes and show you How to make dried citrus for cocktails at home. Itโs so easy and you need only an oven.

Citrus – Citrus fruits are rich in multiple nutrients such as vitamin C, flavonoids, and fiber which confer vascular protection, reduce inflammation, improve gastrointestinal function and health, and play an important role in preventing conditions like diabetes.
Use any type of citrus you have. I like to use grapefruit or lemons. They have beautiful color.
How to make dried citrus for cocktails
Preheat oven at 100 C. Place the citrus slices in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at 70C until theyโre completely dried out. In between, you can turn them to the other side. Use them on a cocktail or a decoration. Enjoy!
