How to make Almond Butter Energy Balls

Add almond butter in a bowl then add coconut flour, rice syrup and mix well. Place it in freezer and let set for at least 20 minutes. Using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop balls onto the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Place them one more time in freezer for 20 minutes. For topping, you can use some extra nuts or cacao powder. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup Rice syrup

  • Add almond butter in a bowl then add coconut flour, rice syrup and mix well. Place it in freezer and let set for at least 20 minutes.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop balls onto the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Place them one more time in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • For topping, you can use some extra nuts or cacao powder.

Notes

Tip: if your almond butter is hard. Try to soften it in double boiler or in microwave.
