Ingredients for Avocado bowl
Cucumber โ cucumber are fresh and full of water. They are great to add in any salad or Buddha bowl to get an extra nutrition.
Red cabbage โ red cabbage bring a beautiful purple color into this bowl. Of course, we can enjoy a great health benefits, for instance help our immune system and has Anti-Aging properties.
Treviso’s lettuce โ there are so many kinds of type from lettuce. Treviso’s lettuce are so beautiful, they are also high in antioxidants and boost overall health.

How to make Peanut sauce
This creamy sauce is so good all you need to mix your ingredients: Peanut butter, Soy sauce, Maple syrup, Chili sauce, Lemon, Olive oil in a small bowl and then sprinkle around your avocado bowl.

- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 small Red cabbage
- 1 medium Treviso lettuce
- 1 cup Edamame
- 2 medium Scallions
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- Hand of Nuts
- Salt& Pepper
Peanut sauce
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1/2 salf Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Avocado bowl
- Prep your veggies, wash and sliced everything in a smaller piece.
- Add everything in your favorite bowl. Sprinkle on top peanut sauce and enjoy.
Peanut sauce
- Mix all your ingredient in a small bowl till all good combine.
