How to make Avocado Pasta
Cooked pasta in salt water, so long as the instruction say on the package.
Cut the avocado lengthwise. When you reach the pit, go around it with the tip of your knife rather than cutting through. Turn the avocado over to make sure you cut all the way through from top to bottom.
Pick up the avocado and hold it in both hands, with the cut you made in the middle. Twist the two halves in opposite directions, and theyโll pop apart, with the pit staying lodged in one of them. Mash the avocado using either a fork or a potato masher.
Add avocado in a small bowl then add salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, olive oil, almond milk and pressed garlic. Mix everything well and optional add some water from noodle to get your desire consistence.
In a pan heat an oil add peanut and snow peas and simmer until get nutโs golden color.
Drain your pasta and add avocado mixture into it. Mix well until avocado mixture combine into the pasta.
Top with peanuts with snow peas and enjoy.
