What you need for Chickpea Brownies
Chickpeas โ use chickpea in can or cooked the fresh one and let it cooled before using.
Maple syrup โ use any sweetener you like, for instance honey or maple syrup
Chickpeas flour โ chickpeas flour is easy to digest, but if you like, you can swap it for any flour of your choice.
Coconut oil & Vanilla extract โ coconut oil combine all ingredients good together and with vanilla extract we can enjoy a touch of vanilla taste.
Salt & Baking powder โ Pinch of salt by baking is really important to help the sweetener come more out.
Peanut butter โ use peanut butter, or you can also use almond butter
Dark chocolate โ I use 70 % dark chocolate, you can use your favorite one.
How to make Chickpea Brownies
Preheat oven at 180 ยฐC. First melt chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave.
In food processor add chickpeas, maple syrup, chickpeas flour, coconut oil, Vanilla extract, pinch of salt, baking powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter and melted chocolate. Mix well till all ingredients combine.
On baking sheet place baking paper and pour over your brownie mixture, on top sprinkle some extra peanut butter. Baked 20 minutes at 180 ยฐC. Enjoy.
