How to make Chickpea wraps with avocado
Prep your veggies: Sliced scallions and red cabbage in smaller pieces.
Sliced avocado in half lengthwise. Gently twist the two halves to separate them and expose the pit. Slice your avocado to score the flesh with your knife. In a bowl, add chickpeas and break it down with a fork to smaller pieces. Add scallions, mustard, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Warm your wrap on the grill until get warm and get slightly brown color. In the middle of the wrap add chickpeas mix then add red cabbage lettuce and top with avocado. Season the top of the wrap with salt and pepper, then roll together. Enjoy!

- 1 Avocado
- 1 can Chickpeas
