Ingredients for Coconut matcha overnight oats
Oats – For overnight, use oats of your choice. The best are plain old-fashioned rolled oats.
Rice syrup – Use any sweetener you prefer
Coconut milk – Coconut milk is perfect for overnight oats. It brings coconut flavor and creamiest. If you donโt have coconut milk, a great option is the other plant based milks like almond or oat milk.
Vegan yogurt – Vegan yogurt give you an extra probiotic in the morning and give you the right start in the day
Matcha powder – Matcha powder is my favorite, it gives us energy and has so beautiful color.
How to make Coconut matcha overnight oats
In mason jar add oats with rice syrup then pour over coconut milk and stir well. Closed the lid and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight. In a small bowl, mix vegan yogurt with matcha and rice syrup. Add it on top of overnight oats. Top with some fresh mint leaves.

Instructions
