How to make Garlic confit
Preheat oven at 90ยบC. Prepare the garlic by separating it and peel the cloves. Add garlic with olive oil and bay leaf into the casserole dish. Slow roast the garlic in the oven for around 2 hours at 90ยบC or until garlic get brown but not burn. Let it coll down, then transfer into the glass jar. Bon Appรฉtit!
