We love this recipe because it’s easy and so satisfying. Green Pesto is a great way to get some greens into the body. I used spinach, but you can use Kale as well. For salad, I used arugula with crunchy red onion and some vegan feta cheese. This combination, make Green pasta salad extra yummy.

How to make Green pasta salad
For Green pesto place In mixer all ingredients, spinach, pressed garlic, nutritional yeast, chili flakes, salt and pour over olive oil. Mix until you get a creamy consistence. Then set on side. Cook your pasta as long as instruction on the package say, for Al dente. In a large bowl, place pasta with green pesto and let everything good combine. In bowl add arugula, sliced scallions, onion, green pasta, vegan feta cheese and top with some pine nuts. Enjoy.

Green Pesto
- 1 cup Spinachย
- 1 small Garlic
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp ย Chili flakes
- 3 tbsp ย Olive oil
- Salt

- 400 gram Pasta
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 medium Scallions
- 1 small Onion
- 1/2 cup Vegan Feta
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
