How to make Hair Boosting Soup

In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Season the caramelized onion with Mediterranean spices. Stir in tomato paste and chili garlic sauce for a rich flavor.
Mix in chickpeas, tuna, and red lentils. Pour in enough vegetable broth to cover the ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

About 5 minutes before it’s done, add spinach and, if using, bok choy.Cook until the greens are wilted and everything is heated through.
