Ingredients for Hazelnut avocado mousse
Dark Chocolate โ you can use cacao powder as well, however dark chocolate make mousse nice dark brown and creamier. Use 70 % or more percent of dark chocolate than you can benefit from all antioxidant hidden in chocolate.
Nutella โ in this case we are looking for vegan Nutella that don’t include a lot of ingredients and don’t have refined sugar. In healthy shop I find this Nutella which is vegan, dairy free and with no palm oil. The best of it is you can find pieces of nuts inside as well. It will make you fall in love. You can buy it HERE.
Avocado โ this is the secret ingredient that makes this mousse so incredible healthy. With avocado, you get more healthy fats in your diet and honestly you can boost your immune system in eating avocado daily. So let’s make it tasty.
Maple syrup โ You can use sweetener of your choice, for example Wild honey, Manuka honey, Rice syrup or Coconut nectar are great option as well.
Cinnamon โ For extra cozy smell sprinkle cinnamon inside and on the top of Hazelnut avocado mousse.
Cacao Collagen powder โ this ingredient is optional, however who don’t want some extra collagen which taste like chocolate in our meal.
Of course some Extra Nuts for decoration
I am not very a sweet person, but this dessert is my favorite, maybe because it’s very satisfying and taste of nuts plus creamy chocolate on your tongue make you feel like in the heaven.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- ยฝ cup Nutella
- 2 Avocado
- ยฝ cup Maple syrup
- ยฝ tbsp Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Cacao Collagen powder
Instructions
- Melt dark Chocolate over medium heat or in microwave.
- In your food processor add avocado, Nutella, melted dark chocolate, Maple syrup, Cinnamon and Cacao Collagen powder. Mix ingredients really well.
- In glass sprinkle on the bottom some nuts than add avocado mousse.
- For topping use extra nuts or cacao powder.
- Enjoy
