Kamut spaghetti โ are perfect healthy option from normal white pasta. Kamut is similar to bulgur, have a lot of health benefits and is easy to digestive. So if you have craving of cheese with pasta this is a great way to go.
Garlic โ is state ingredients in my kitchen, what all my friend can confirm. Garlic makes every dish more tasty and light hot. My favourite recipe with garlic is garlic dip which I definitely will share in my blog as well. However, in this recipe is garlic important to make it more aromatic and add some extra healthy kick into it. You can use garlic powder if you don’t like cleaning your garlic, but I would recommend to use fresh one.
Olive oil โ you need just 1 tbsp of olive oil but if you what to switch it here are some option. For example Almond oil, Hazelnut oil or Sesame oil.
Gorgonzola cheese โ if you can find Gorgonzola in your glossary shop you can switch it to other blue cheese, but use one with stronger aroma.
Mushrooms – are rich source of vitamin B2 and B3 they help us fight cancer, build stronger bones, and they are great for our heart.
Parsley – with parsley we make this dish rich in iron and look extra nice

Ingredients
- 2 cup Kamut spaghetti
- 1 piece Garlic
- ยผ cup Olive oil
- ยฝ cup Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- ยฝ cup Parsley
Instructions
- Cook your Kamut spaghetti in salt water around 12 minutes
- Meanwhile, wash and cut mushrooms
- In pan add olive oil and press skinless garlic in pan. Simmer 2 minutes then add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add cooked Kamut spaghetti with spaghetti water in to the pan.
- Add Gorgonzola cheese with parsley salt & pepper. Let the cheese melt then,
- Enjoy!
