This fresh spring salad is so tasty. I get inspired from Asia cuisine with easy sesame dressing with crunchy green beans and sweet mango. This salad is great for any BBQ party.

We love this Mango salad because it’s crunchy, fresh, and is a perfect combination of sweet and savory.
Last time I made this salad for a BBQ party and I have to say it was the highlight of the night.
The whole bowl was so fast empty that I had to make one more salad. The icing on the cake was that everyone ask me for the recipe, plus they made it by themselves already.

How to make mango salad
Crunchy green beans – In pan heat Olive oil, add sliced onion with green beans, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes then add pine nuts mix one more time and then set a side.
Dressing – For dressing you need just combine Olive oil, Sesame oil, Garlic, Maple syrup and mix well till all ingredients good combine.
Salad – sliced cucumber and mango in small squares, then add them with arugula and sliced scallions in a bowl. Add cooked green beans, with dressing. Enjoy!

Crunchy green beans
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Garlic
- 1/2 cup Pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- Salt & Pepper
Dressing
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 medium Garlic ย
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup

- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 medium ย Cucumber
- 2 medium Scallions
- 1 large Mango
Instructions
