These Vegan Matcha mini donuts are gluten-free, dairy free and taste so delicious. With just a few ingredients, you can make these mini donuts at home and enjoy the creamy matcha glaze on top.

Ingredients for Matcha mini donuts

Almond flour – Almond flour is a naturally gluten-free flour made from blanched whole almonds that have been ground into a fine powder, Its great source of protein and fiber. If you donโ€˜t have almond flour, you can use any other nuts flour.

Rice syrup – This is my favorite sweetener, but if you like, you can use dates brown syrup.
Oat milk – I used oat milk, but be free to use one you have in the fridge
Matcha – For this recipe you can also buy a matcha for cooking, they are a little bit cheaper and great choice to use by cooking and baking

How to make Matcha mini donuts

Preheat the oven at 200C. In food processor, add all ingredients for the dough.(Almond flour, Baking powder, rice syrup, oat milk, salt)
Mix well until all ingredients combine. In baking donut form add a bitt of oil then pour carefully the donut dough into each donut.
Let it baked for 10โ€“15 minutes at 180C.

For a glaze- In a small bowl add powder sugar, with a lemon juice and mix well until you get a thick consistence. Set half of the icing on the side and in the other half add matcha powder and mix well.
Dip each donut into the icing you can make half of the donuts with white and half with green matcha icing. Place all donuts in the fridge for 15 minutes, or until the icing set.
Enjoy.
