Ingredients for Matcha popcorn
Coconut oil – coconut oil is perfect to use in making popcorn, plus you get a great coconut flavor. If you donโt have coconut oil, be free to use vegan butter.

How to make Matcha popcorn
For your homemade popcorn, mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl. Then, in a large saucepan, add the coconut oil and three corn kernels and heat. As soon as these are popped, put the rest of the kernels in the pot and let them pop as well. Stir every 30 seconds so all the popcorn is coated in coconut oil. Once popcorn is ready, add prepared matcha glaze and mix well. Enjoy!

- ยฝ tbs coconut oil
- 2 handfuls popcorn corn
Matcha glaze
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
Instructions
- For your homemade popcorn, mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
