How to make Noodle Bowl
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing and mix until everything smooth. Cooked noodle in salt water (see the time instruction on the package) Sliced red cabbage and cucumber in smaller pieces.
In bowl place red cabbage, cucumber, edamame, radish, scallions. Pour over the peanut butter dressing and top with chili and cilantro. Enjoy!

Peanut dressing
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Noodle bowl
- 400 g Noodle
- 1/2 small Red cabbage
- 1 cup ย Edamame
- 1 small ย Cucumber
- 2 Radish
- 1 Scallions
- 1 tbsp Chili
- Cilantro
