We love this salad because itโs easy and so tasty. It has Asian style with crunchy peanut and tasty dressing made from soy sauce, oil and garlic. This salad is so delicate and plus it has a great health benefits for our health, thanks to papaya, carrots and boosting dressing.

How to make Papaya salad
In a small glass jar (or in bowl) add all ingredients for dressing: oil, soy sauce, rice syrup, pressed garlic and sriracha. Closed glass jar and shake it well until all ingredients combine. Sliced papaya and scallions in thin slices. Peel carrots and sliced them also in thin. In your bowl add Lambโs lettuce, papaya, carrots, scallions, pour over soy dressing and top with some peanuts.

- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sriracha

- 1/2 of Papaya
- 2 large Carrots
- 2 cups Lambโs lettuce
- 1 Scallion
- hand of Peanuts
