Almond milk – I prefer almond milk, however you can use any milk of your choose. For example oat milk is a fantastic option it makes apple smoothie more creamy. If you are vegan try to pick non-dairy milk.
Spinach – Greens make every smoothie more healthy. It’s like this secret ingredient which we can not really taste or smell, but you get your nutrition in just one glass of this smoothie.ย Frozen mango – this is the best sweetener what I use, the heath benefits of mango are amazing for example help boost immune system, clear skin ย andย Above all it makes creamy texture for your smoothies. You can use frozen or fresh what is more easy for you to find in yourย grocery shop.
Apple – for this smoothie I like to use green apples for instance Granny smith or Ginger Gold. However, if you prefer other apples feel free to use your favorite one.
Erythrit – This Keto friendly sweetener is one option you can use in this smoothie. On the other hand the mangos are really sweet so be careful with erythrit portion.
Matcha – Most importantly ingredient, it makes this apple smoothie powerful, and you will feel with more energy without drinking too much coffee in day. ย

  • 1 cup Milk, almond or oats
  • 1 cup Spinach, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Apples, green
  • 1 cup Mangos, frozen
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp Erythrit

For topping

  • ยฝ Apple
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add to your blender milk, spinach, apples and mangos blend really well

  • Add your matcha powder with erythrit and mix one more time
  • For topping you can spread coconut flakes and cut apple
  • Enjoy
