This Pumpkin Latte is so rich in flavor and taste like one from Starbucks. This latte will make you warm in cold autumn time, plus is vegan-friendly.
Pumpkin is the icing on the cake during autumn. I love this time when you make pumpkin soup, or roasted pumpkin and of course we can’t forget pumpkin latte. This latte is vegan-friendly. Made from fresh pumpkin, but you can use pumpkin purรฉe in a can as well.

How to make Pumpkin latte
In small bowl add Pumpkin purรฉe with Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Rice syrup and mix well. In milk frother make your milk for latte. Add your mix into the cup. Pour over warm milk and mix well. Optional, you can top your pumpkin latte with vegan cream.

- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Cardamon
- 2 tbsp Rice syrup
- 600 ml Plant-based milk
- Vegan cream
Instructions
