How to make Raw Tiramisu Cheesecake
Add paper muffins cups in each holes of muffin tray. For chocolate base
In a bowl, mix together all the chocolate base ingredients.
Transfer 1 to 2 tbsp of the mixture into each of the muffin holes and flatten it down into a compact layer. Freeze for at least 15 minutes so that the chocolate firms up.
For coffee layer:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for coffee layer. Transfer 1 to 2 tbsp of the mixture on top of the firmed up chocolate base and smooth out the tops with a small spoon. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
For vanilla layer:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for vanilla layer.
Transfer 1 to 2 tbsp of the mixture on top of the firmed up coffee layer and smooth out the tops with a small spoon.
Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.

- 1/2 cup Chopped nuts of your choice
For coffee layer
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup rice syrup
- 3 tbsp espresso
For vanilla layer
- 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Rice syrup
Instructions
