Raw vegan kiwi slices
I love raw desserts, they make you feel great and glowing from inside out, and this recipe of Raw vegan kiwi slices is so tasty and easy to make. They are gluten-free, dairy free. This recipe is perfect in summer when you are looking for some easy and fast dessert to share with your friends.

Ingredients for Raw vegan kiwi slices
Dates – they are perfect for baking, they are naturally sweet and give us great energy. I love to use Medjool dates, but you can use any you like.
Almond flour – You can use almond flour or oat flour, both are great choice
Coconut milk – Coconut milk brings into this sliced great tropical flavor and make it more creamy.
Kiwi – Kiwis are the main ingredients, they are sweet and I love the beautiful green color.
Matcha – This is optional if you donโt have matcha powder, you donโt need to add into it. I like to use matcha because it makes the kiwi layer pastel green, and you donโt taste it.
How to make Raw vegan kiwi slices
Place parchment paper in spring form pan. Set aside.
In a food processor, add all ingredients for dates layer, until it comes together into a sort of sticky dough. Press the crust dough evenly along the bottom of the prepared pan.
Coconut layer
Place all ingredients in to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour half of it over the dates layer.(The other half, let in food processor.) Place in freezer until the coconut layer become hard.
Kiwi layer
Into the other half of the coconut layer add sliced kiwis and one tbsp matcha powder, mix one more time. Wait until the coconut white layer get harder, then pour it over. Sliced kiwi in smaller pieces and place it on top of the kiwi layer, then place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

- โ cup Rice syrup

- 1 tbsp Matcha powder
