We love this burger because, it’s so tasty, easy to make and a great vegan alternative. Red beet is also really healthy for our body. I try not to eat a meat every day and thatโ€™s why I love to make these burgers during the week, so I can feel the satisfaction of burger, but sill not eating any meat.

How to make Red beet burger

Preheat oven at 180ยบ C. Red beet patties: In food processor add Oats and mix well then add beans, Red beet, Cilantro, Salt & Pepper, Garlic  and Red pepper powder. Mix all ingredients well, if needed you can add more oats flour. 

Use your hands to form hamburgers patties. Place them on baking sheets and let it bake 15 minutes at 180 ยบC or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.

Meanwhile, make a dressing. In food processor add red beet with garlic and mix until everything combine then add Greek yogurt, cilantro, vegan mayo, Salt & Pepper and mix one more time.

On each hamburger place one vegan cheese sliced add Buns next to the hamburgers and let it baked 5 more minutes.

On top buns spread vegan mayo, on the button buns add red beet dressing, then add baked beet hamburger patties, red onion, lettuce, avocado, Salt & Pepper and cover with the top of the buns. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 can Beans
  • 1 cup Red beet cooked
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Garlicย 
  • 1 Red pepper powder

Red beet Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Red beet cooked
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Vegan mayo
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Burger

  • 4 sliced Vegan cheese
  • 2 Buns
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 cup Lettuce
