There are so many recipes from Salad dressing and everyone used the one which make them feel good.

Ones I was too bored from the normal dressing that I used to make on my salad and  I start to experiment.
Because I have a huge expectation of my food and that I want to make as much nutrition as I can, this recipe was made.
I combine orange juice with spirulina and cilantro and that was the holy grad.
I love this salad dressing so much that I make every week a glass that keep my satisfaction during the whole week.

Let’s talk spirulina

I talk already about spirulina at my favorite green smoothie recipe. This dark green or blue algae is just so full of nutrition. This super powder keeps our health from inside out and make us glow. We should increase our daily intake from this beautiful algae.

Ingredients for my Ultimate salad dressing

Spirulina โ€“ I love to buy bio Hawaii spirulina, of course you can go crazy and use blue one as well. Spirulina is a great source of vitamins  and minerals.
This powder can help to regeneration our cells, is great protein source,
easy to digest, antifungal, anti-aging and fight against cancer this powder is really ultimate superfood.

Cilantro โ€“ Cilantro is known as heavy metal cleansing hers,
and this is just a one benefits. Cilantro also help prevents cardiovascular damage, is strong Antioxidant, help Improve Sleep quality and lower high blood pressure.
This herb is favorite in Asian cuisine and because of them health benefits start to by use in West culture as well.

Orange juice โ€“ how doesn’t love a fresh orange juice.
We used to drink kit as kids, when we were sick or just as a breakfast booster. Orange juice is a great liquid to use in salad as well.
It provides us with amazing and important vitamin C, also help to improve blood circulation, reduced inflammation, prevent cancer, improved cholesterol, prevent kidney stone and boost immune system.
I think that are great health benefits to include this magic juice in our daily salad dressing.

Garlic โ€“ if we want to stay healthy, garlic should be our daily ingredients. I love to used it in this dressing because it can decrease the smell of spirulina drastically and nobody can taste it. Let’s speak about the benefits from garlic. It regulates blood pressure and sugar, boost immune system, protect our heart from disease, it may detoxify organisms and has Anti-inflammatory properties, also help to treat colds and fight against cancer.

Mustard  – this is optional but great way to help your appetite, you can use mustard with spice or mild as up to you what you  prefer

Lime โ€“ Lime or lemon are great to boost our salad dressing, with this acid we can great combine the taste of all ingredients and make it more in one.

Olive oil โ€“ Olive oil is one of my favorite oil, this oil is so healthy and great to add in our salads.
Olive oil help in improving cardiovascular system as well as helps in reduction in depression risk to maintain overall health, boost our brain function and may prevent Alzheimerยดs disease and help to reduce breast cancer risk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Spirulina
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 medium Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 small Lime
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • In your juicer, make fresh orange juice.
  • Place all ingredients in food processer.
  • Mix till everything combine and make a green mixture
  • Enjoy

Notes

This dressing you can keep in fridge up-to 12 day and in freezer up to one month.
