This Vegan Chicken Pasta is so tasty and full of goodness. I was trying this time Like a meat brand with vegan chicken and I have to say this recipe is sooooo yummy.
I love this recipe. Firstly, itโs so easy and fast to make. I like to hide some vegetables in pasta, so I can get more nutrition, for example the last 5 minutes before your pasta is done add into it some frozen peas for more protein and fiber. Secondly, add some lettuce to your bowl first, then add pasta and vegan chicken.

Green peas is so tasty and full of nutrients, for instance is great source of protein, fiber. Boosts immune system, help in liver function and is low in calories but high in energy.

How to make Vegan Chicken Pasta
Cook your pasta in a salt water as long as the instruction said. And 5 minutes before the cooking end, add frozen peas.
In wok heat olive oil, add Vegan chicken with sliced onion and mushrooms. Season with salt sriracha and soy sauce and let cooked for 6 minutes. In the bowl add your pasta with vegan chicken and some Lambโs lettuce.
Top with vegan Parmesan & Enjoy!

- 1 cup Pasta
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Vegan chicken Like a meat
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 cup Mushroom
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 cup Lambโs lettuce
- Vegan Parmesan
