Vegan Flammkuchen
Flammkuchen is traditional pizza from Germany. I make for you my Vegan Flammkuchen Version, a combination of crispy flatbread topped with vegan crรจme fraรฎche, onion, mushrooms and fresh Lamb’s lettuce and nuts.
Why we love Vegan Flammkuchen
I love this recipe because it’s much lighter as an original pizza recipe. This one is great to cook in summer. You donโt need so many ingredients. My favorites are mushrooms with red onion, however you can use any topping what you like.

How to make Vegan Flammkuchen
Preheat oven at 180 C. Sliced onion and mushrooms in smaller pieces.
In a small bowl, combine vegan sour cream with rice syrup, Salt & Pepper.
Flammkuchen dough place on baking sheet. Spread over the vegan cream mixture. Then top with mushrooms and onions.
Baked 15 minutes, then add Lamb’s lettuce with nuts and Enjoy!

- 1 cup Vegan sour cream
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Scallions
- 1 cup Lamb's lettuce
- 1 tbsp Nuts
- Salt & Pepper
