Tacos are one of my favorite dish to make for my family and friends. Itโs the perfect time when everyone can make tacos for them self and in between enjoy the conversation. These vegan version is so tasty and incredible good.

How to make Vegan tacos
Guacamole: Sliced avocado in half lengthwise. Gently twist the two halves to separate them and expose the pit.
You can slice your avocado is to score the flesh with your knife or with a small spoon take avocado out and place in a small bowl. Add tomato, onion, olive oil and season with salt & Pepper. Mix well until all ingredients combine.
Yogurt dip: In the other bowl, add plant-based yogurt and mix it with vegan mayo and sliced scallions. Mix until combine and then set on side. Sliced seitan in small pieces then in pan heat a little oil add sliced seitan season with salt and tacos seasoning and let simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Add to your corn tortillas seitan, black beans, corn, lettuce, and top with salsa and fresh made guacamole and yogurt dip. Optional, you can top it with some spouts. Enjoy!

- 12 Taco shells
- 250 gram Seitan
- 2 tbsp Tacos seasoning
- 1 can Salsa
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Black beans
Guacamole
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt &Pepper
Yogurt dip
- 1 cup Plant-based yogurt
- 3 tbsp Vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup Scallions
Optional
- Jalapeรฑo
Instructions
