Vegan Wild garlic pesto (Jamie Oliver inspired)
This Vegan Wild garlic pesto (Jamie Oliver inspired)is so tasty. The combination of hemp seeds, nutritional yeast make this pesto extra tasty and delicious. This recipe is inspired from Jamie Oliver, however I make it vegan friendly. This recipe is perfect to use with pasta or on a toast with avocado.

Ingredients for Wild garlic pesto
Wild garlic โ wild garlic is perfect for a pesto recipe. It has light garlic taste and has great health benefits for our body.
Hemp seeds โ Hemp seeds are perfect source of protein and help improves digestion health, also improves skin health, improving muscle mass, treat insomnia and assists in weight loss. If you donโt have hemp seeds, you can use pine nuts
Nutritional yeast โ I love to use nutritional yeast in my kitchen, firstly itโs a great source of protein and also has light nuts flavor.
How to make Wild garlic pesto
Pick and wash the leaves from the wild garlic and bash to a coarse paste, you can use mixer or Mortar and Pestle.
Add hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, pressed garlic, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix one more time until all ingredients combine, then add to a Mason jar. (store in fridge up to 7 days)
Add two tbsp of garlic pesto in to the cooked pasta.

- 1 clove Garlic pressed
Instructions
