In large pot bring water to boil than let sit on the side
Wash vegetables and cut in small piece
Place one rice paper in hot water and let sit till edges soften, then lay down on plate and start in the middle of rice paper putting one piece of Avocado, Carrot, Red pepper, Zucchini, Cucumber, Bok Choy, Spring onion. Then side edges of rice paper put in middle and roll your spring rolls.
