Fresh Spring Rolls

Fresh Spring Rolls are just like an art you can create your own variation that make you happy. All you need is rice paper and colorful vegetables to make it fresh, tasty and full of vitamins. All ingredients are raw, without cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ package Rice paper
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Bok Choy
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 3 pieces Carrots
  • 2 pieces Spring onion
  • 1 piece Avocado

MISO CHILI DIP

  • ½ tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Tahini sauce

Instructions
 

  • In large pot bring water to boil than let sit on the side
  • Wash vegetables and cut in small piece 
  • Place one rice paper in hot water and let sit till edges soften, then lay down on plate and start in the middle of rice paper putting one piece of Avocado, Carrot, Red pepper, Zucchini, Cucumber, Bok Choy, Spring onion. Then side edges of rice paper put in middle and roll your spring rolls.
  • Repeat this process with all rice paper.

  • All ingredients mix together

Notes

Tip:
Salt your vegetables after washing and cutting. Just be careful, because Miso chili dip is enough salty.
