My favorite time in summer is to enjoy company with my friends in the garden with some good food and refreshing mocktail/ cocktail. The perfect topping for cocktails is dried citrus, what can sometime by expansive to buy. That‘s why I would like to share my recipes and show you How to make dried citrus for cocktails at home. It‘s so easy and you need only an oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Grapefruits
  • 2 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 100 C.
  • Place the citrus slices in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at 70C until they’re completely dried out. In between, you can turn them to the other side.
  • Use them on a cocktail or a decoration
  • Enjoy
