Matcha – Matcha becomes really popular lately. People love to enjoy matcha tea, latte, dessert or smoothies. This green powder comes traditional from China and proved us with a lot of health benefits. Matcha is high in antioxidant, boost our brain function, improves our skin, detoxifies, lower cholesterol and a lot of more. Matcha can be really expansive if you are looking for bio with good quality product. I love Matcha&Co brand, they are cheap and quality of matcha powders are excellent.

Maple syrup You can use maple syrup, honey or rice syrup to make it sweeter. It’s up to you what you prefer or what you have home. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
