Ingredients
  

For the Spicy Mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Salt & Black Pepper

For the Burger

  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 Medium tomato
  • 1/2 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs fried

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Adjust the chili flakes to suit your preferred level of spiciness.
  • Cut the burger buns in half and lightly grill the insides until golden brown. Spread a generous amount of the spicy mayo (about 1 tablespoon or more, to taste) on the grilled bottom halves of the burger buns.
  • Lay about 2 ounces of smoked salmon on top of the spicy mayo on each bun. Add a slice of tomato, a lettuce leaf, and a few slices of red onion on top of the salmon.
  • Fry 4 eggs (one for each burger) to your liking and place one on top of the vegetables on each burger. Cover the layers with the top halves of the burger buns. Press down gently to secure.
  • Your salmon burgers are ready to be served. Enjoy them while they're fresh and warm!
