Avocado โ Use two to three avocados, because they can thicken liquids really well, you don’t need to add nothing else to this soup. Cilantro โ Cilantro has a great benefits for us, for instance antianxiety, help digestion, lower blood sugar, helps Alzheimer’s. Help with stress, bone and heart health and so on. Cilantro is great to add to any soup for extra taste.
Onion – Onion is a great base for any soup recipe. I used white onion, but be free to use the one you have at hand. Let’s talk a little about health benefits from onion. It’s great for oral health, help our eye, improve digestive system, prevent cancer and improves immunity.

Avocado soup

Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados
- 400 ml Vegetables stock
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 large Onion
- 1 medium Lime
Instructions
- Sliced onion in small. In sauce pot heat a butter, add onion and let simmer till onion get light color and soften around 3 minutes. Then add cilantro vegetables stock and lime.
- Let cooked around 10minutes.
- Add everything in high speed blender together with avocados and mix till smooth.
- Serve immediately with some extra cilantro on top.
