Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Avocados
  • 400 ml Vegetables stock
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 medium Lime

Instructions
 

  • Sliced onion in small. In sauce pot heat a butter, add onion and let simmer till onion get light color and soften around 3 minutes. Then add cilantro vegetables stock and lime.
  • Let cooked around 10minutes.
  • Add everything in high speed blender together with avocados and mix till smooth.
  • Serve immediately with some extra cilantro on top.
