Overnight Quinoa

Why we love Overnight Quinoa

We love this recipe because itโ€˜s so tasty and easy to make. I prep mine the day before and at the morning I can just grab it and go. This one is made from frozen blueberries, cinnamon, soy yogurt and rice syrup. I use puffed quinoa, which is the popped up form of the plant-based seed that gives you an incredibly crunchier and nuttier flavor.
