Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Puffed quinoa
  • 3 tbsp Oat milk
  • 1 cup Soy yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Frozen blueberries

Optional

  • 1/3 cup White chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • In a jar add puffed quinoa, oat milk, rice syrup, cinnamon, soy yogurt.
  • Mix everything good, then top with frozen blueberries.
  • Optional: If you like, you can top it with melted white chocolate.
  • Place closed jar in a fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!
