1/2 cup Puffed quinoa 3 tbsp Oat milk 1 cup Soy yogurt 3 tbsp Rice syrup 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1/3 cup Frozen blueberries Optional 1/3 cup White chocolate melted
In a jar add puffed quinoa, oat milk, rice syrup, cinnamon, soy yogurt.
Mix everything good, then top with frozen blueberries.
Optional: If you like, you can top it with melted white chocolate.
Place closed jar in a fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
