Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Reishi Mushroom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fo-Ti Powder
  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Take your coffee press and add 1 tablespoon each of Lion's Mane mushroom powder, Reishi mushroom powder, cinnamon powder, and Fo-Ti powder into the glass.
  • Pour hot water into the coffee press, filling it to your desired level. Make sure the water is not boiling, but hot enough to steep the powders.
  • If you like your tea a bit sweet, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. This step is optional.Gently stir the mixture with a spoon.
  • Place the lid on the coffee press and let the tea steep for a few minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavors will be.Slowly press down the plunger of the coffee press.
  • Pour the freshly brewed magical mushroom tea into your favorite glass.Enjoy your warm, soothing cup of magical mushroom tea!
