Anti-aging salad

Did you know that color from our vegetables and fruit has also special health benefits for our body?! For example, purple foods get their color from a plant pigment called “anthocyanins”, which helps protect our body, has anti-aging benefits. This Anti-aging salad has a lot of purple food like cabbage, onion, black beans and red beet. This salad is so delicious, plus keep us looking younger.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 Red beet
  • 1/2 Red cabbage
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 cup Lamb’s lettuce

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Sliced red beet and red cabbage and red onion in smaller pieces.
  • In a Mason Jar, start adding your layers. Firstly black beans, then red beet, red cabbage, red onion, and top lambs lettuce.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, add all ingredients for dressing and mix until all combine.
  • Pour dressing over the Anti-aging bowl and enjoy
