Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1-2 scallions sliced
  • A handful cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Use a peeler to peel the cucumber lengthwise into long ribbons.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
  • Arrange the cucumber ribbons on a plate, then pour the sauce over them.
  • Top with sliced scallions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds.
