Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 3 slices lemon
  • 1 bunch asparagus green sliced
  • 1 tbsp Italian spices
  • 10 oz cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese grated (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and lemon, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add sliced green asparagus and season with salt, pepper, and Italian spices.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and pasta water. Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Plate the pasta and top with chopped cilantro and grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
