Ingredients
  

  • 1 bagel sliced in half
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Smoked salmon
  • Arugula
  • red onion Sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional

  • A little lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Slice your bagel in half and toast it to your liking.
  • Scoop out the avocado and use a spoon to spread it evenly on the bottom half of each bagel. Mash it slightly with the back of the spoon for a smoother texture.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the avocado. If you like, drizzle a little lemon juice on top for an extra zing.
  • Lay slices of smoked salmon over the avocado.
  • Add a handful of arugula and a few slices of red onion on top of the salmon.
  • Place the other half of the bagel on top or leave it open-faced. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious bagel!
