This Vegan friendly Baked Pancakes is just best. If you don‘t want to spend a lot of time to prepare your breakfast, you need to try it. It‘s tasty, yummy and with a lot of blueberries.

Equipment

1 Baking form

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 4 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180 C
  • Combine all dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder and salt. Then add liquids: rice syrup, almond milk and mix until all ingredients combine ad you get a pancakes‘ dough.
  • Spray a little oil on baking form, then pour over dough and top with some blueberries.
  • Baked for 20 to 30 minutes until your pancakes is cooked thought.
  • Top with some rice syrup or chocolate & enjoy.
