- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 tbsp thyme
Asiansalad dressing
- 1 small Lime
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
Peel carrots and then use a food processor to cut allcarrots in small. Sliced celery and onion in small.
For Asian salad dressing combine lime, olive oil, pressed garlic, soy sauce, rice syrup and mix really well.
Combine salad with the dressing and on top use parsley and thyme.
