This carrot salad is perfect to make as a side dish or as a starter. It's so nutrition and have a nice Asian taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1 tbsp thyme

Asiansalad dressing

  • 1 small Lime
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 small Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup

Instructions
 

  • Peel carrots and then use a food processor to cut allcarrots in small. Sliced celery and onion in small.
  • For Asian salad dressing combine lime, olive oil, pressed garlic, soy sauce, rice syrup and mix really well.
  • Combine salad with the dressing and on top use parsley and thyme.
