Cashew bars
These Cashew bars are my lately obsession. They are so tasty, crunchy and dedicates. The combination of white chocolate, cashew, and nut butter is the best.

1 cup Almond flour 1/2 cup Peanut butter 1/2 cup Rice syrup 1 cup Cashew butter 3 tbsp Rice syrup 1/2 cup Cashew 1 cup White chocolate
In a food processor, combine almond flour with peanut butter and rice syrup. Mix until all ingredients combine.
In oblong form, place baking paper. Add the first layer of peanut mixture and with your hands press down.
In a small bowl, add cashew butter with rice syrup. Mix and add this mixture to the form as a second layer.
Chopped some cashew and add them on top of bars.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler or in microwave and pour over the bars.
Place in freezer for at least 1 hour, then cut in bars and enjoy!
