Cashew bars

These Cashew bars are my lately obsession. They are so tasty, crunchy and dedicates. The combination of white chocolate, cashew, and nut butter is the best.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Rice syrup
  • 1 cup Cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cashew
  • 1 cup White chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine almond flour with peanut butter and rice syrup. Mix until all ingredients combine.
  • In oblong form, place baking paper. Add the first layer of peanut mixture and with your hands press down.
  • In a small bowl, add cashew butter with rice syrup. Mix and add this mixture to the form as a second layer.
  • Chopped some cashew and add them on top of bars.
  • Melt white chocolate in double boiler or in microwave and pour over the bars.
  • Place in freezer for at least 1 hour, then cut in bars and enjoy!
