Chickpea Brownies

These Chickpea Brownies are easy to make, and they are so fudgy, gooey, super chocolaty. These treat is not just gluten-free, but also guilt-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp  Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • Pinch of Salt 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180 °C
  • First melt chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave.
  • In food processor add chickpeas, maple syrup, chickpeas flour, coconut oil, Vanilla extract, pinch of salt, baking powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter and melted chocolate. Mix well till all ingredients combine.
  • On baking sheet place baking paper and pour over your brownie mixture, on top sprinkle some extra peanut butter.
  • Baked 20 minutes at 180 °C
  • Enjoy
