This chickpea salad is lately my go-to lunch. It's so easy to make, and you can use it on a bread, toast, or Buddha bowls. This is so dedicates and full of nutrition that you will fall a love with.

Chickpea salad 1 can Chickpea 1 medium onion red 1/2 cup parsley 1 tbsp chili flakes 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & Pepper Ingredients for toast bread whole grain bread 1 small cucumber 1/2 cup letters 1 medium tofu smoked
Chickpea salad Chickpea can strain through cold water, place on large bowl and with fork press chickpea down.
Add sliced red onion with chopped parsley, olive oil salt and pepper.
If you like spicy food, add chili flakes and mix all together.
Chickpea toast bread Toast whole grain bread
This step is optional, spread one tbsp peanut butter over your bread.
Add chickpea salad with tofu and cucumber
