This chickpea salad is lately my go-to lunch. It's so easy to make, and you can use it on a bread, toast, or Buddha bowls. This is so dedicates and full of nutrition that you will fall a love with.

Ingredients
  

Chickpea salad

  • 1 can Chickpea
  • 1 medium onion red
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Ingredients for toast bread

  • whole grain bread
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/2 cup letters
  • 1 medium tofu smoked

Optional:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

Chickpea salad

  • Chickpea can strain through cold water, place on large bowl and with fork press chickpea down.
  • Add sliced red onion with chopped parsley, olive oil salt and pepper.
  • If you like spicy food, add chili flakes and mix all together.

Chickpea toast bread

  • Toast whole grain bread
  • This step is optional, spread one tbsp peanut butter over your bread.
  • Add chickpea salad with tofu and cucumber
  • Enjoy
