Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen cauliflower
  • 4 Dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp Reishi powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Nutella
  • 1 cup Oat milk adjust for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen cauliflower, dates, a drizzle of maple syrup (if using), collagen powder, reishi powder, vegan Nutella, and oat milk.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more oat milk and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Give your smoothie a taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding a little more maple syrup. Once satisfied, pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
