Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp red pesto
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced bread, breaking it slightly with your fingers. Fry until golden brown.

  • In a bowl, beat 4 eggs. Mix in the cooked bread, season with salt and pepper, and combine well.
