- 3 cup salat
- 1 cup cucumber
- ½ avocado
- 2 fillets cod fish

- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cups fresh parsley
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preheat oven to 180C. Line baking tray with baking paper and place the fish fillets. On the top fish spread salts and pepper and bake for 14 mins.
Meanwhile cut salat in small peaces, peel cucumber in long form and cut avodado in small squars
Fresh parsley pesto
In your blender add oliven oil, pine nuts, nutritional yeast and mix for 30 seconds
Than add fresh parsley, chili flakes salt, pepper and blend one more time
Try your pesto and if desire you can add more salt pepper
