2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chili flakes 4 cloves garlic 60 ml oil 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 250 g Noodle Topping 2 stalks scallions 1/2 cup cilantro
Cook your noodles according to package instructions.
In a bowl add soy sauce, chili flakes, pressed garlic and sesame oil.
In a small pan, heat the oil until is hot and start bubbling.
Pour the oil into the bowl and add rice noodles, mix well. Top with cilantro and scallions.
