Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 250 g Noodle

Topping

  • 2 stalks scallions
  • 1/2 cup cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook your noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl add soy sauce, chili flakes, pressed garlic and sesame oil.
  • In a small pan, heat the oil until is hot and start bubbling.
  • Pour the oil into the bowl and add rice noodles, mix well. Top with cilantro and scallions.
